For several years The Agrarian Kitchen has enjoyed dabbling with smoke in its own cold smokehouse, turning out everything from hams and bacon to sausages, cheese, fish and vegetables. In this much anticipated class we will take the stakes up a notch and have collared smoking expert and long-time Butcher, Joe Davidson to lead a class through the fine points of both hot and cold smoking.

Run over two days the class will also include smoked products for you.
