Bruce Kemp of Flowerpot Cheese will transport you straight back to that little Parisian fromagerie and in these two days of intensive cheese making he will impart his knowledge so you can do the same.


Over two full days, Bruce will show you how to make fresh chèvre, yoghurt, labne, stretched curd  (mozzarella), Persian fetta, soft bloomy cheese including camembert and brie, semi-hard asiago, lactic acid set curd - banon and some blue.


You will also take home a range of finished cheese and others to be finished at home.
