At The Agrarian Kitchen we are always looking at ways to use our plants and to close the loop in a natural system - from this philosophy our herbal tea garden was born.

The herbs range from the more common chamomile and mints to the unusual Mexican hyssop, agrimony and sweet woodruff, which are only a few of the often over sixty varieties that the garden can contain at the growing heights of summer.

Apart from the herbs we also use the leaves, flowers, seeds and bark of trees and shrubs. By simply blending the plant parts and infusing in hot water we create tummy soothing brews for the aid of guests’ digestion at the end of the meal.
