Before you make your booking please be aware that due to our intimate class sizes of 12 all paid bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE.

CREDIT If you are unable to attend for any reason you must notify us at least 14 days before your scheduled class. This ensures that your funds are kept in credit and can be used at a future date but 14 days notice must be given otherwise you cannot use the credit for a future class and you forfeit the funds.

TRANSFER TO ANOTHER CLASS 14 days notice must be given to transfer to another date. If 14 days notice is not given it will be deemed as a cancellation and no credit given.

GIFT CERTIFICATES Gift certificates are non-refundable.

BOOKING WITHOUT A GIFT CERTIFICATE There are two ways to see which classes are scheduled.
1. Click the calendar page on the left navigation bar and scroll through.
2. Click the our classes link on the left navigation bar and click which class you wish to read more about. This will then take you to our online booking system.

You can pay over the phone using VISA or Mastercard or we can invoice you if you wish to pay directly into our bank account.

We understand that sometimes you may not be able to pay in full at the time of booking. If this is the case, please email us or call us and we can send you an invoice to be paid off in instalments. We require a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and payments can be made fortnightly. Full payment must be received before attending the class.

You can book into a class via our website by using the redemption code found on your electronic gift certificate. If your gift certificate has expired due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please email us at info@theagrariankitchen.com to request an extension.
